Analisis Yuridis Kedudukan Dewan Perwakilan Daerah (DPD) dan Hubungannya dengan Lembaga Negara Lainnya Dalam Sistem Ketatanegaraan di Indonesia

Abstract

Result Amendment III UUD 1945, theres change basicly assembly representave in Indonesion. MPR before  like of that DPR, delegation of group and teritory, to be MPR like of that DPR and DPD (section 2(1) UUD).

Theres are DPD new institution have function legislation, weighted and control same with DPR, beside that posisition DPR regulated only "sub Ordinat" to DPR. And in construction relation between institution also give authority limited for DPD.

Relate to so position DPD must be strong not only are "assesories" or "subordinat". Because of that need to do Amendment to UUD 1945 exspesialy section regulated abaut DPD.
