ABSTRACT

The emergence of financial institutions that operate on the principle of Shari’ah into actual phenomenon in recent years. The main factors that differentiate conventional banks with Islamic banks is the interest rate (interest) and profit-sharing system. Is an absolute must for companies engaged in banking services is customer satisfaction should not be overlooked through excellent service. To stimulate the interest of customers to invest or in connection with the bank either as creditors or debtors based on a variety of motives, among which are the remuneration of the paid-up capital for the so-called Islamic banks in the system and the quality of bank services.
This study aims to provide a description of the system for results and service in Muamalat bank branch profitability Malang and examine the effect of profit sharing system and the quality of bank services to customers’ interest to invest.
Test results based on the F test showed that there was a significant effect between the profitability of the system for the outcome variable (X1), and the quality of bank services (X2) of interest nasabah invest. Based on the results of this study indicate that the role of sharia bank in this case Muammalat Bank branch in Malang mempersuasif process and well socialized with people about the advantages or profitability of the system for the results compared with the concept of interest on bank konvensiaonal should be improved in order to really make the characteristic These distinctive advantages as an attractive factor for customers to invest in Islamic banks and must continually strive to continually improve the quality of bank services.
