ABSTRACT

Found the problem that some of them elementary school Muhammadiyah Pagak, SD Muhammadiyah 4 star anise and MI Nurul Islam Tajinan, identified the presence of symptoms that most students can not reach the predetermined KKM. The purpose of this study is to analyze, to find the cause of the lack tercapaian KKM in three schools, namely SD Muhammadiyah Pagak, SD Muhammadiyah 4 star anise and MI Nurul Islam Tajinan, and conduct a needs assessment, about the types of skills to enhance the ability of teachers and schools in the determination of KKM and preparation SBC. This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of this study are some of the fundamental problems that caused the failure of non tercapaian KKM KKM in three schools, namely SD Muhammadiyah Pagak, SD Muhammadiyah 4 star anise and MI Nurul Islam Tajinan, generally caused Schools have yet to develop their own curriculum, lack of learning devices, Teacher / school does not define clearly the chief engineer, the poor ability of the teacher in preparing learning device.
