TINGKAT PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA WANITA PENGGILING ROKOK DITINJAU DARI KONFLIK PERAN GANDA

Konflik peran ganda yang dimiliki oleh setiap orang pasti berbeda.Perbedaan tersebut juga berpengaruh pada tingkat produktivitas kerja yang dimiliki oleh setiap wanita tidak terkecuali pada wanita penggiling rokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat produktivitas kerja wanita penggiling rokok ditinjau dari konflik peran ganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan skala sikap kepada 50 responden.yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel Insidental dari karyawan penggiling rokok di wilayah PT. Gudang Garam. Analisa data menggunakan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, hasil t = 3,852 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,01). Dari hasil penelitian juga diperoleh rata-rata atau mean ( ) produktivitas kerja pada kategori konflik peran ganda rendah yaitu sebesar 36420,27 yang lebih tinggi daripada rata-rata atau mean ( ) produktivitas kerja pada kategori konflik peran ganda tinggi yaitu sebesar 28043,14. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang sangat signifikan terhadap tingkat produktivitas kerja wanita penggiling rokok ditinjau dari konflik peran ganda.

Conflict of dual roles held by each person is different. These differences also influence the level of labor productivity of every woman except womens’s cigarette rollers. Based on these problems, researchers focused research on women's labor productivity level differences in tobacco grinder dual role in terms of conflict.This study uses a quantitative approach to data retrieval using a scale of attitudes to the 50 respondents, respondents were selected using incidental sampling technique of grinding employee smoking in the PT. Gudang Garam. Researchers to process data using a data analysis technique independent sample t-test.The results showed, the results of t = 3.852 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01). Research results were also obtained from the average or mean (x ̅) labor productivity in the low category of dual role conflicts in the amount of 36420.27 higher than the average or mean (x ̅) labor productivity in the dual role of high-conflict category that is equal to 28043.14. Thus, the results showed that there is a very significant effect on the level of labor productivity in terms of women's tobacco grinder dual role conflict.
