KECEMASAN DITINJAU DARI KEBUTUHAN DASAR YANG BELUM TERPENUHI

Kecemasan merupakan suatu emosi yang paling sering di alami oleh manusia. Kecemasan dapat disebabkan banyak hal salah satunya adalah terpenuhi tidaknya kebutuhan dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan apa saja yang belum terpenuhi dan bagaimana kebutuhan tersebut dapat menyebabkan kecemasan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu, wawancara dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah lima orang, dengan kriteria memiliki tingkat kecemasan tinggi (dengan skor >20 berdasarkan kategori TMAS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam diri setiap subjek masih terdapat kebutuhan-kebutuhan dasar yang belum terpenuhi. Terdapat persamaan pada setiap subjek yaitu kebutuhan dasar dari seluruh subjek yang belum terpenuhi adalah safety needs. Kecemasan yang terjadi akibat dari safety needs, karena adanya perasaan takut akan hukuman yang akan diperoleh dari sosok otoriter yang berada dilingkungan subjek, dan perasaan takut akibat ditinggal sendirian. Kegagalan akan pemenuhan safety needs pada masing-masing subjek berasal dari lingkungan terdekat subjek sejak kecil. Seperti orangtua, keluarga sekitar, guru serta teman-teman sepermainan.

Anxiety represent the most frequently emotion experienced by human being. Anxiety can be caused by many matter, on of causes its requirement well or no fulfilled of basic needs. Based on the problems, this research intention is to know any kind of basic needs which not yet fulfilled and how the basic needs requirement can caused anxiety.This research use qualitative research method by using collecting data method which is, observation and interview. Subject in this research amount to five people, with criterion have high anxiety level ( with score > 20 based on TMAS category).Based on this research result, it can be concluded that inside every subject there are some basic needs requirement which not yet fufilled. There are similarity in each subject that basic needs requirement from entire subject which not yet fulfilled is safety needs. Anxiety that happened as the effect of unfulfilled safety needs, caused by feeling in fear of punishment to be obtained from authoritarian figure which reside in subject’s environment, and feeling fear effect remained alone. This Failure of accomplishment of safety needs at each subject sourced from the closest environment subject since childhood. Like parent, family, teacher and also playmates.
