COPING STRES PADA ANAK JALANAN

Anak jalanan merupakan anak yang dibawah umur 18 tahun yang menghabiskan sebagian atau seluruh waktunya dijalan dengan melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan untuk mendapatkan uang atau mempertahankan hidupnya. Didalam menghadapi suatu permasalahan setiap anak jalanan tentunya mempunyai bermacam-macam tindakan untuk mengatasinya salah satunya dengan cara coping. Strategi coping seseorang dapat melalui dua cara, yaitu Problem focused coping dan Emotion focused coping. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi coping stres pada anak jalanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimen deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 50 anak jalanan yang berada di kota Malang dari 685 populasi anak jalanan dengan menggunakan skala coping stres yang terdiri dari 45 item. Analisis penelitian menggunakan Z-Score. Berdasarkan analisis ditemukan bahwa anak jalanan yang menggunakan problem focused coping sebanyak 22 anak (44,0%) dan anak jalanan yang menggunakan emotion focused coping sebanyak 28 anak (56,0%).Katakunci: Coping stres, anak jalanan
