ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) PADA PERAWAT

Organizational Citizenship Behaviors ( OCB ) merupakan perilaku diluar deskripsi kerja yang telah ditentukan perusahaan, namun memiliki dampak yang baik bagi perusahaan. Rumah Sakit sebagai instansi yang mengedepankan pelayanan jasa membutuhkan peran yang optimal dari perawat oleh karena itu sangat dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Organizational Citizenship Behaviors ( OCB ) pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Dr.R. Soedarsono Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain non-eksperimen kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala Organizational Citizenship Behaviors ( OCB ) yang dibuat oleh Dwi Suhartiningsih. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya seluruh perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Dr.R. Soedarsono. Jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perawat yang memiliki OCB dalam kategori rendah sebanyak 44 perawat ( 56.4% ), sedangkan yang memiliki kategori tinggi sebanyak 34 perawat ( 43.6%). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan OCB pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Dr.R.soedarsono dalam kategori rendahKata kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behaviors ( OCB ), perawat
