PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN SOSIAL REKAN KERJA DENGAN BURNOUT PADA TELLER BANK

Burnout banyak ditemui dalam profesi human service, yaitu orang-orang yang bekerja pada bidang yang berkaitan langsung dengan banyak orang dan melakukan pelayanan kepada masyarakat umum salah satunya adalah teller bank. Salah satu faktor untuk menimbulkan munculnya burnout adalah adanya sumber dukungan sosial yang diperlukan terutama dari rekan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi dukungan sosial rekan kerja terhadap burnout pada teller bank. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan menggunakan 50 orang teller bank sebagai subjek. Analisa dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa korelasi product moment dari Pearson's. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan negatif yang sangat signifikan (r=-0,533; p/sig=0,000) antara persepsi dukungan sosial rekan kerja dengan burnout pada teller bank.Kata kunci: Burnout, persepsi dukungan sosial rekan kerja, teller bank
