SUBJECTIVE WELL BEING DITINJAU DARI FAKTOR DEMOGRAFI (STATUS PERNIKAHAN, JENIS KELAMIN, PENDAPATAN)

Subjective Well Being (SWB) merupakan penilaian umum atas emosi positif dan negatif (afektif) dan kepuasan hidup (kognitif) seseorang terhadap keseluruhan kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan SWB ditinjau dari faktor demografi (status pernikahan, jenis kelamin dan pendapatan). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan dilaksanakan kota Malang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah dewasa muda usia 18-40 tahun telah bekerja baik yang sudah menikah atau belum menikah dengan jumlah 401 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling insidental (non probability sampling). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert, yaitu skala Subjective Well Being. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah Anava faktorial 3 jalur untuk mengetahui perbedaan SWB ditinjau dari faktor demografi jenis kelamin, status pernikahan dan tingkat pendapatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan SWB apabila ditinjau dari faktor demografi status pernikahan, jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendapatan.Kata kunci: Subjective well being, status pernikahan, jenis kelamin, pendapatan
