KEMAMPUAN ADAPTASI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN

Kepuasan kerja merupakan perasaan seseorang yang merupakanrepresentatif dari sikap terhadap pekerjaannya, dan sangat berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja seorang karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat
hubungan kemampuan adaptasi dengan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini
menggunakan populasi karyawan swasta, BUMN, dan PNS (kecuali tenaga
pengajar dan medis), dan mengambil 62 subjek dengan teknik simple
random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan 2 kuisioner
dengan model skala Likert, yaitu MSQ dan kuisioner kemampuan adaptasi
yang disusun berdasarkan indikator penelitian Adaptif Performance. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara
kemampuan adaptasi dengan kepuasan kerja. Hal tersebut dilihat dari nilai r
= 0,255 dengan p < 0,05.

Job satisfaction is a representative feeling that shows someone’s attitude
towards their job and accordingly affects their performance greatly. This
research aimed at investigating correlation between adaptability and job
satisfaction. The subject were 62 people including private employees,
BUMN employees, and vivil servants (teachers and medical-related
employees excluded) that) that were chosen using purposive sampling
technique. The data were taken using two questionnaires of Likert Scale,
MSQ and adaptability questionnaire which was designed based on research
indicator of Adaptive Performance. The findings revealed a significant
positive correlation between adaptability and job satisfaction. It was
concluded from the value of r=0,255 with p<0,05.
