EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP JOB INSECURITY PADA KARYAWAN KONTRAK

Saat ini dalam bidang industri dan organisasi sekarang ini sistem karyawan kontrak sering digunakan dibanyak perusahaan di Indonesia. Fenomena karyawan kontrak ini dapat menyebabkan munculnya ketidakamanan kerja, ketidakamanan dalam hal ini yaitu ancaman akan kehilangan pekerjaan. Seorang karyawan yang merasa khawatir akan kehilangan pekerjaannya berhubungan dengan efikasi diri yang dimiliki oleh seorang karyawan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan job insecurity pada karyawan kontrak. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dimana pengambilan subjek berdasarkan ciri-ciri atau karakteristik yang telah ditentukan. Jumlah subjek sebanyak 40 orang karyawan kontrak disalah satu perusahaan. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai r = -0,564 p = 0,000 (sig<0,01) artinya penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan job insecurity pada karyawan kontrak. Efikasi diri dengan job insecurity memiliki sumbangan yang efektif sebesar 31,8% dan sisanya 68,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

In the industrial and organizational systems outsourcing currently used in many flare in Indonesian companies. The phenomenon of outsourcing to cause an job insecurity, insecurity in this case the threat of job loss. An employee is worried about losing his job related to self-efficacy which is owned an employee. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation self-efficacy with job insecurity in outsourcing employee. The data analyzed used purposive sampling technique in which taking based on the characteristics of the subject have been determined. Number of subjects as much as 40 outsourcing employees at one company. The results of a data analyzed values obtained r = -0,564 p= 0,000 (sig<0,01) it means this research which was very significant between self-efficacy with job insecurity. Self efficacy in term job insecurity equal to 31,8% and 68,2% had been influenced by other factors.
