BUDAYA INOVASI DITINJAU DARI PERSEPSI TERHADAP KEPEMIMPINAN

Pada setiap organisasi atau perusahaan selalu memiliki ciri-ciri inovasi dan menghasilkan karya inovatif yang berkali-kali dimana hal ini pengaruhi oleh pemimpin dalam perusahaan tersebut. Peranan seorang pemimpin sebagai penggerak sekelompok orang dalam berorganisasi untuk mencapai tujuan bersama sangatlah penting. Di dalam perusahaan ada peran dan pengaruh yang sangat penting dalam proses memunculkan atau memicu budaya inovasi yaitu kepemimpinan yang ada di dalam perusahaan itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada perbedaan atau tidak antara kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional terhadap budaya inovasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap pada perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis uji T-test menguji ada perbedaan atau tidak antara kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional terhadap budaya inovasi. Setelah dilakukan analisisuji T-test, diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan antara kepemimpinan transaksional dan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam berbudaya inovasi nilai (t= -5.624: p=0.000).

In organization or company always has the characteristics of innovation and always produce innovative work that many times where it is influenced by the leader. The role of a leader as the driving force in organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal is essential. In the company there is a role and a very important influence in the process raise or trigger a culture of innovation is leadership that is in the company itself. The purpose of this study was to determine there is a difference or not between transactional and transformational leadership to the culture of innovation. The subjects were permanent employees in the company. Data was collected using a questionnaire. This study uses the technique of test T-test analysis test or not there is a difference between transactional and transformational leadership to the culture of innovation. After analyzing the test T-test, the results showed that there is a difference between transactional leadership andtransformational leadership in innovation culture obtained from( t-value=-5.624; p= 0.000).
