ABSTRACT

Should not a woman, let alone have a family to earn a living by leaving the family, this is
something that absolutely must be avoided. The researcher personally do not agree with women
who have to work for other households, but had to sacrifice the interests of his family. Moreover,
leaving his family for many months and even years to work in another family abroad. May not
occurred to the beginning of the many risks to be faced, eg, about how his family's future. Lack of
communication and the intensity of meeting an obstacle course in the building to educate the children
physically and mentally. Not to mention the problem of domestic harmony; how the existence of a
husband who plays the father of course had lameness in the family unit. Encouraged by the above
social reality, researchers interested in studying it. And research is more oriented to find and obtain
the description of shifts in lifestyles, work patterns and roles that occur when the mother / wife
work outside the home and family assessment when mother / wife working abroad.
