ABSTRACT

This  research  aims  to  create  a  model  of  economic  empowerment  of  rural  poor agricultural-based integrated. Of the results of this study is expected to prevent the occurrence of urbanization and labor aboard.
Determining the object of research done purposively, that in  tegal weru village Malang district with a consideration of rural poor. Type of data collected are the primary data and secondary data and Analysis Data is discriptive kualitative.
The result showed of the first year : is a) The average response willing to do farm work integrated old  age, the level of elementary education and 0,5 hectares of land ownership. The power of an  integrated agricultural business that is the product must be sold. The weakness is the lack of capital and narrow land, skilled labor less and dependent on the season. Chances are increasing demand, many credit institutions and the agricultural extension. The threat is that a lot of competition , the impor, and the presence of plant pests and livestock disease.The Goverment should help provide capital so that people can develop an integrated farming.
