ABSTRACT
The fact that there are not everything is as expected by the demands of scientific-based curriculum in 2013. Many biology teachers in the learning process is still minded old despite repeatedly changed its curriculum. They are a variety of reasons retaining the model of teacher-centered learning. Seeing these facts motivated researchers to conduct further observations and depth. This study aims to: explain the implementation of creative learning subjects Biology class X MIA in SMA Gondang, Tulungagung meet the demands of the curriculum. The method used is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques such as document study results RPP assessment, observation of the implementation of learning in the classroom and interviews to obtain information about the occurrence of the gap between the program and implemention. Informants consisted of elements of leadership that waka curriculum, biology teachers as peers, biology teachers and students as the research object as the subject of learning. Selection of informants is done randomly. The result of creative learning subjects referring biology curriculum 2013 class X MIA has not been run in accordance with scientific concepts, the barriers faced by, among others: the mindset of teachers of subjects, aged teachers, facilities and infrastructure supporting. Recomendation biology teacher required mental readiness class X MIA face of changing the curriculum, through workshops, IHT, MGMPs; principals as supervisor should carry out its duties and functions more optimally; a need to increase the carrying capacity of infrastructure and human resources in the implementation of scientifically-based learning through school policy oriented entrepreneurial spirit.

ABSTRAK
Fakta yang terjadi tidak semuanya seperti yang diharapkan oleh tuntutan kurikulum 2013 yang berbasis saintifik. Banyak guru biologi dalam proses pembelajaran masih berpola pikir lama meskipun kurikulum berulang kali berganti. Mereka dengan berbagai macam alasan tetap mempertahankan model pembelajaran yang berpusat pada guru. Melihat fakta tersebut peneliti tergerak untuk mengadakan observasi lebih lanjut dan mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan : menjelaskan pelaksanaan pembelajaran kreatif mata pelajaran Biologi kelas X MIA di SMA Negeri Gondang, Tulungagung memenuhi tuntutan kurikulum. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif diskriptif, pengumpulan data dengan teknik studi dokumen berupa hasil penilaian RPP, observasi terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas dan wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi terjadinya kesenjangan antara program dan poelkaksanaan. Informan terdiri atas unsur pimpinan yaitu waka kurikulum, guru biologi selaku teman sejawat, guru biologi selaku obyek penelitian dan siswa selaku subyek pembelajaran. Pemilihan informan dilakukan secara acak. Hasilnya pembelajaran kreatif mata pelajaran biologi yang mengacu kurikulum 2013 kelas X MIA belum berjalan sesuai dengan konsep saintifik, hambatan yang dihadapi antara lain : pola pikir guru pengampu mata pelajaran, usia guru, sarana dan prasarana pendukung.Rekomendasi : diperlukan kesiapan mental guru biologi kelas X MIA menghadapi perubahan kurikulum, melalui workshop, IHT, MGMP ; kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor seyogyanya melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya lebih optimal; perlu adanya peningkatan daya dukung sarana dan prasarana serta SDM dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis saintifik melalui kebijakan sekolah yang berorientasi pada jiwa kewirausahaan.
