BUDAYA KERJA RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM ‘AISYIYAH MALANG UPAYA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT

This research is based on by result of finding of is same previous research in place by Asfiah(2007, and 2008). Target of which wish to be reached from this research is to design development of
work culture at Islamic Hospital Aisyiyah of Malang,, passing to identify individual characteristic,
work characteristic and of praktic / policy of organisasional, and also climate and organisasional
commitment.
This research type is survey, and then determination of population and sampel conducted
with technique of purposive sampling. Respondents of this research are all of worker at Islamic
Hospytal ‘Aisyiyah of Malang, that are medical and paramedic workforce, and also administrative
workforce. First phase use descriptive statistical by qualitative analysis, with mean technique, and
continued by using technique of cluster to determine dominant values in this RSIA. Method of data
collecting at first phase is : questionaire, interview, and documentation. Pursuant to from result of
which is obtained, hence will be got to identify work cultural, decided of dominant values, that is
Creative and inovative, competitive, Responsibility and loyal, Personality, warmness and focus, and
also Different and sinergy.
