human perfection in carrying out the so-called luxuries of life.
For the purposes and objectives of sharia, God has instituted various regulations as Wasilah or
ways to achieve these explanations. Wasilah Without it, maqasid al-shari'ah should not be achieved.
Therefore the discussion about Wasilah or manner is an important aspect in the assessment maqasid
al-shari'ah.
