Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Baitul Tamwil Muhammadiyah Babat Cooperative attracts customer interest and interest and retains it so that it can develop is a problem that must be faced by Islamic financial institutions. This research uses a type of quantitative research and a quantitative descriptive approach with observational data collection techniques, questionnaires or questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Respondents in this study were 90 people. Primary and secondary research data sources with independent research variables which include location, knowledge, promotion, service, and profit sharing. While the dependent variable is customer interest in general mudharabah savings products in the Baitul Tamwil Muhammadiyah Cooperative, Babat District.
