<p>This research explores the qualifications, requirements, and impacts of Indonesian migrant workers. The study was conducted qualitatively by exploring information related to the qualifications and impact of PMI and interpreting and concluding. To obtain balanced information, the respondents were 10 PMI and ten families. The research results show that educational training meets workforce needs in countries considered more advanced than Indonesia. The social, economic, and cultural impacts on both PMI and their families have outstanding values, meaning that PMI and their families all experience social, financial, and cultural improvements.</p>Fien ZulfikarijahDiana Titik Windayati

<p>The research aims to determine the positive and negative perceptions of Gen Z towards politicians in Indonesia in the mass media or person. The research was conducted on Gen Z aged 17 to 27 at this time, the research sample took the smallest sample, namely 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative method with stages of determining positive and negative variables, grouping variables and testing again. The assessment uses a range of scales. As a result, Gen Z states that politicians have not fulfilled and violated the requirements they must have as a politician.</p>ArmaniFadil Inayatullah

<p>This study investigates the impact of community service programs (KKN) on management and business student’s career choices as social entrepreneurs. Social entrepreneurship emphasizes sustainability and solving social problems, requiring innovative and practical approaches. The research focuses on understanding how KKN experiences influence students’ decisions to pursue social entrepreneurship careers. The methodology is narrative-based, with interviews conducted to gather in-depth participant insights. Five students who participated in KKN were selected, and their stories were analyzed to identify common themes related to social entrepreneurship. Results reveal that KKN experiences impact students’ career choices by exposing them to real-world social issues and enabling them to apply academic knowledge in practical settings. The study finds that students develop strong motivations to pursue social entrepreneurship careers through KKN, driven by their desire to solve community problems and contribute positively to society. The narratives highlight critical themes of well-being and sustainability, showcasing the transformation effect of KKN on students’ career aspirations. In conclusion, the research underscores the importance of integrating social entrepreneurship into higher education curricula, mainly through community service programs, to foster future social entrepreneurs capable of addressing societal challenges effectively. </p>Tsabita KhwarazmitaWidhiyo Sudiyono

<p>This research aims to explore and describe the motives and experiences of students studying abroad. The respondents were students who studied abroad at their own expense or through scholarship fees. This research uses a qualitative approach by describing data and a quantitative approach using factor analysis. Factor analysis is used to determine factors to consider when studying abroad. The number of respondents was 45 people. <p>This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of career training in planning a career in the future. This research was conducted on all career training participants organized by the career center of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Malang in collaboration with CAKAP and Schoter. Respondents were all career training participants who attended 5 full training sessions totaling 147 people, but from the data collected only 100 met the requirements. The analytical tool used is multiple regression with SPSS 21. The results of the research show that career training has an influence on participants' career planning, but partially trainers and training modules have an influence on final planning, while training methods have no effect on final planning.</p>Yans Nur AffifahMuhammad Raja Khwarizmi
