Students from the 2022 class of the Medical Faculty were given instructions to engage in jogging exercises regularly for one month, 2 to 3 times a week, with each session lasting a minimum of 20 minutes. Sleep quality was measured using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. All obtained data were analyzed using Wilcoxon signed ranks test. Results and Discussion: The study results indicate a significance value of 0.000. This suggests that with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05), it can be concluded that there is an effect of jogging exercise on improving sleep quality of Students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, class of 2022. Conclusion: There is an effect of jogging exercise on improving sleep quality of Students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, class of 2022
