Analisis Perbedaan Penjualan Melalui Media Online Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Kota Palu

UMKM berperan sangat penting dalam menekan angka pengangguran, menyediakan lapangan kerja, mengurangi angka kemiskinan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan membangun karakter bangsa. Jumlah UMKM di Kota Palu paling banyak dibandingkan dengan UMKM di kota lain di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan jika perkembangan UMKM di kota Palu berpotensi untuk di kembangkan guna memajukan perekonomian masyarakat.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis evektifitas UMKM di bidang food dan beverage sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media online dalam kegiatan penjualan di Kota Palu. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis inferensial menggunakan paired sampel t-test. Hasil Penelitian deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan sebelum menggunakan media online dan sesudah menggunakan media online meningkat signifikan, sedangkan hasil penelitian analisis inferensial menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, artinya pendapatan pelaku UMKM di Kota Palu sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan platform media online adalah berbeda secara nyata. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan pendapatan pelaku UMKM di Kota Palu sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan platform media online.
