Literature Review : Analisis Musculoskeletal Disorders pada Musisi Orkestra Jenis String

Musisi orchestra jenis string memainkan alat musik sekitar 3 jam 40 menit dalam sehari dengan sedikit variasi dari posisi leher, trunk, dan ekstremitas atas, akibatnya sebagian besar musisi memiliki ketegangan kerja yang monoton secara ergonomis. Sikap kerja yang tidak sesuai dengan anatomi tubuh atau tidak ergonomis bisa menimbulkan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Peneliti ingin mengetahui risiko kejadian musculoskeletal disorders pada musisi orkestra jenis string. Desain penelitian ini adlaah literature review dengan sampel berupa artikel pada database Pubmed dan Google Scholar. Kriteria artikel yang diambil adalah artikel internasional sesuai topik, bukan literature atau systematic review dan diterbitkan sejak 2016 hingga 2021. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari 5 jurnal yang diperoleh, musisi orkestra jenis string memiliki keluhan di area punggung sebesar 37%, area leher sebesar 32%, area bahu sebesar 24% serta area pergelangan tangan sebesar 7%. Faktor penyebab utama MSDs tersebut adalah penggunaan alat musik berlebih dan berulang secara terus-menerus pada postur yang monoton. Dapat disimpulkan musisi orkestra jenis string memiliki resiko MSDs dan area punggung merupakan area yang paling banyak dikeluhkan.
