Efektivitas Ultrasound Theraphy Dan Active Passive Exercise Pada Pasien Post Fracture Elbow Dalam Mengurangi Nyeri Dan Menambah Lingkup Gerak Sendi

Stiffness elbow joint adalah kekakuan siku karena efek dari trauma, juga adanya kerusakan jaringan disekitar siku yang akan menimbulkan jaringan ikat dan akan terjadi perlengketan, serta adanya pemendekan otot dan ligament di sekitar siku sewaktu immobilisasi yang lama. Terapi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek langsung terapi dalam mengurangi nyeri dan meningkatkan lingkup gerak sendi pada kasus Stiffness elbow joint post fraktur elbow dekstra dengan modalitas ultrasound therapy & active passive exercise. Metode terapi yang digunakan dalam kasus ini yaitu Ultrasound therapy & active passive exercise. Setelah dilakukan terapi selama 6 kali didapat hasil penurunan nyeri diam T1 : 1 menjadi T6 : 0, nyeri tekan T1 : 3 menjadi T6 : 2, nyeri gerak T1 : 4 menjadi T6 : 2, tidak ada peningkatan kekuatan otot fleksi T1 : 4 menjadi T6 : 4, dan terjadi peningkatan lingkup gerak sendi ekstensi-fleksi T1 : (5°- 0° - 125°) menjadi T6 : (5°- 0° - 130°).
