Pengaruh Adaptive Exercise terhadap Temperatur Tubuh Anak dengan Gangguan Neurologis Sistem Saraf Pusat

Kasus ganggguan neurologis system saraf pusat anak semakin meningkat tiap tahun, khususnya cerebral palsy dan traumatic brain injury. Kondisi umum tubuh anak dengan gangguan neurologis sistem saraf pusat yang mayoritas mengalami imobilisasi tentu akan menurun. Suhu menjadi Salah satu kondisi tubuh yang menurun pada anak bahkan anak tersebut sampai masuk dalam kategori hipotermia. Exercise sederhana dan mudah yang secara rutin dilakukan di rumah merupakan salah satu perlakuan sederhana agar temperatur tubuh anak selalu terjaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efek adaptive exercise terhadap temperatur tubuh anak yang memiliki gangguan neurologis sistem saraf pusat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental one grup pre dan post test. Subyek perempuan 11 orang dan laki laki 20 orang dengan rentang umur 2 – 10 tahun. Adaptive exerceise terdiri dari warming up waktu 5 menit, core movement waktu 25 menit, dan cooling down waktu 5 menit. Data diuji dengan paired T test. suhu tubuh pre test ( 36,12 ± 0,53) oC, suhu tubuh post test (36,63 ± 0,6) oC dan p = 0,00. Adaptive exercise dapat menaikan temperatur tubuh tetapi peningkatan temperatur tersebut masih didalam rentang yang normal.
