Hubungan Obesitas Pada Anak Terhadap Mobilitas Thorax Saat Inspirasi Di Desa Tegal Kertha, Kecamatan Denpasar Barat, Kota Denpasar, Bali

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui corelasi antara obesitas pada anak terhadap mobilitas thorax saat inspirasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampling purpossive dengan Kriteria inklusi Anak-anak laki-laki dan perempuan umur 5-12 tahun , emiliki indeks massa tubuh obesitas , yang tidak mengalami gangguan pernapasan seperti flu, asma, pneumonia, bronkitis, faringitis, laringitis, emvisema , dan kanker paru-paru . Didapatkan sampel yang ditemukan dalam 10 orang yang melakukan pengukuran obesitas menggunakan IMT dan pengukuran mobilitas thoraxuse midline Selanjutnya dari hasil penelitian dilakukan analisis deskriptif dengan uji normalitas menggunakan shapiro wilk test, didapatkan data dari kedua variabel berdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikan p>0,050. Kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui korelasi kedua variabel menggunakan product moment pearson korelasi dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya korelasi antara obesitas didapatkan dengan kepadatan thorax karena nilai signifikan kurang dari 0,050 (p<0,050). Angka koefisien korelasi adalah -0,872 yang artinya tingkat obesitas dan mobilitas thorax sangat kuat. Koefisien korelasi bertanda negatif, artinya korelasi saling berkebalikan sehingga jika obesitas semakin tinggi maka mobilitas thorax akan semakin rendah.Penelitian ini dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat korelasi serta koefesien korelasi yang sangat kuat antara obesitas dan Berdasarkan mobilitas thorax pada anak-anak .
