Efektifitas metode pelvic floor muscle dengan teknik kegel exercise terhadap penguatan otot dasar panggul. studi kasus pada lansia dengan incontinensia urin diberikan pelvic floor muscle exercise and advance exercise diberikan 3 kali seminggu selama 2 minggu. Pengukuran menggunakan VAS, dan Sendvik Severity Score. Setelah dua minggu, gejala inkontinensia urin dilaporkan masih terjadi, dan tidak ditemukan efektifitas kegel exercise pada lansia dengan inkontinensia urin
