Low Back Pain Myogenic Post-Partum: Studi Kasus

Prevalensi tingkat resiko low back pain mencapai 95% dari populasi di dunia. Prevalensi tersebut mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya mengikuti prevalensi jumlah penduduk. Penelitian ini berfokus pada permasalahan low back pain myogenic yang disebabkan oleh post-partum. Pendekatan studi kasus ini dilakukan di klinik asya therapy center selama satu bulan. Responden ditetapkan berdasarkan pemeriksaan fisioterapi dan diberikan serangkaian intervensi elektrofisika serta terapi latihan. Penilaian studi menggunakan evaluasi oswestry disability index tidak menunjukkan adanya hasil yang spesifik dalam rentang waktu intervensi 4 (empat) kali pertemuan. Penentuan fekuensi, intervensi, time, dan type penatalaksanaan menjadi parameter utama dalam efektifitas fisiologis.
