Pengaruh Pemberian Stretching Exercise dan Documentation Based Care Program terhadap Pasien Mechanical Low Back Pain

Nyeri punggung bawah mekanis merupakan salah satu masalah muskuloskeletal yang paling umum pada pekerja. Faktor penyebabnya adalah pola postur tubuh pekerja yang tidak ergonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah diberikan berbagai program latihan selama 12 minggu. Responden penelitian adalah karyawan PT Pama yang merupakan pasien Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta. Program latihan meliputi latihan persiapan, latihan peregangan, dan program perawatan berbasis dokumentasi. Hasil intervensi menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap respon keluhan pasien. Signifikansi diketahui dari hasil evaluasi intervensi sebelum dan sesudah.
