Peningkatan Kecepatan Jarak Tempuh dengan Penguatan Tungkai pada Atlet Ikatan Sport Sepeda Indonesia (ISSI) Bali

Atlet sepeda diharuskan menempuh jarak dalam waktu singkat dan dapat ditingkatkan dengan penguatan tungkai dengan metode knee tuck jump. Penelitian ini adalah experimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 orang dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Data kecepatan jarak tempuh diukur dengan tes kecepatan jarak tempuh selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji normalitas menggunakan shapiro wilk test pada taraf signifikan p ≥ 0,05. Pengolahan data dan analisis data diperoleh rata-rata hasil pre-test penelitian yaitu 98.40 detik dan post-test sebesar 92.80 detik. Sehingga peningkatan yang terjadi yaitu 5,69 %, selanjutnya dilakukan uji pengaruh dengan menggunakan uji paired t-test dengan signifikan p = 0, 001. Nilai statistik tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kecepatan jarak tempuh dengan penguatan tungkai pada atlet sepeda ikatan sport sepeda Indonesia (ISSI) Denpasar, Bali.
