Pengaruh Isometric Neck Exercise Terhadap Daya Tahan Deep Cervical Flexor Muscle Pada Game Streamer

Game streamer adalah seseorang yang melakukan live stream dan bermain videogame, game streamer bermain game menggunakan pc (personal computer) atau console dengan posisi duduk. Postur kerja yang dilakukan tidak ergonomis atau janggal maka pekerja akan lebih mudah mengalami kelelahan akibat keluhan yang dirasakan sehingga hasil kerja juga akan kurang memuaskan. Beberapa otot leher yang memiliki fungsi untuk menstabilkan kepala dan leher dan sebagai kontrol posture adalah otot deep cervical flexor (DCF) yang terdiri dari longus colli dan longus capitis (Munawaroh et al., 2022). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pemberian isometric neck exercise terhadap daya tahan deep cervical flexor muscle pada game streamer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pre-Eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pre-test and post-test. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 10 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan kriteria inklusi, ekslusi serta drop out. Penelitian dilakukan selama 4 minggu mulai tanggal 17 Mei 2023 hingga 11 Juni 2023. Pertemuan dilakukan selama 3 kali dalam seminggu dengan sampel penelitian ini adalah game streamer swidandara. Hasil uji dengan paired sample t-test yaitu p=0,000 dengan rata-rata peningkatan -6.10700. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan nilai p<0,05 artinya terdapat peningkatan daya tahan deep cervical flexor. Kesimpulannya isometric neck exercise dapat meningkatkan daya tahan otot deep cervical flexor pada game streamer
