Abstract

Latar belakang Sindroma Obstruksi Pasca Tuberkulosis (SOPT) adalah penyakit obstruksi saluran yang ditemukan pada penderita pasca tuberkulosis paru dengan lesi paru yang minimal yang masih sering ditemukan pada pasien pasca tuberkulosis. Problematika yang timbul pada pasien dengan kondisi sindroma obtruksi pasca tuberkulosis (SOPT) yaitu adanya sesak napas, penurunan sangkar thoraks serta menurunnya aktivitas fungsional.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas dari pemberian Chest Physiotherapy pada kasus SOPT. Chest Physiotherapy diberikan sebanyak 4x. Evaluasi Pengukuran yang digunakan yaitu dengan skala borg untuk sesak nafas, antopometri untuk ekspansi sangkar thorax dan Skala London Chest Activity of Daily Living (LCADL) untuk aktifitas fungsional pasien. hasil dari penatalaksanaan fisioterapi yang dilaksanakan berupa adanya penurunan sesak napas, peningkatan ekspansi sangkar thoraks serta peningkatan kemampuan aktivitas fungsional
