HUBUNGAN KEPATUHAN DALAM MELAKUKAN EXERCISE MANDIRI DENGAN TINGKAT KEBUGARAN PASIEN CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE

Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) merupakan gangguan fungsi jantung yang disebabkan otot miokard kekurangan suplai darah diakibatkan penyempitan arteri koroner dan tersumbatnya pembuluh darah jantung. Kejadian Penyakit Jantung dinegara berkembang seperti Indonesia tingkat kejadian terus meningkat setiap tahun. Prevalensi penyakit jantung koroner di Indonesia berdasarkan diagnosis tenaga kesehatan dan gejala adalah sebesar 1,5% atau diperkirakan sekitar 2.650.340 orang. Ketaatan pasien dalam melakukan exercise mandiri pada pasien CAD sangat penting untuk menurunkan morbiditas, mortalitas dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan tingkat kepatuhan dalam melakukan exercise mandiri dengan tingkat kebugaran Pasien CAD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan deskriptif analitik melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik non probalility sampling yakni accidental sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pasien CAD yang melakukan exercise mandiri dirumah dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan jumlah 35 pasien CAD. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai korelasi spearman rho menunjukan p-value: 0.013 (p-value<α:0.05) yang berarti ada hubungan kepatuhan melakukan exercise mandiri dengan tingkat kebugaran pasien CAD. Nilai correlation coefficient (nilai R) menujukan 0.416 yang menunjukkan hubungan kepatuhan melakukan exercise mandiri dengan tingkat kebugaran pasien CAD pada kategori korelasi lemah.
