Gambaran Pemetaan Kualitas Pelayanan Fisioterapi Praktik Mandiri Di Malang Raya

Kualitas merupakan keseluruhan karakteristik dari produk dan jasa yang meliputi marketing, engineering, manufacture, dan maintenance dimana produk dan jasa tersebut dalam penggunaannya oleh konsumen/pelanggan akan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan. Kualitas layanan atau layanan yang diterima oleh pelanggan dipersepsikan baik dan memuaskan jika sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan dan bahkan melebihi harapan mereka. Jika kualitas layanan atau layanan tersebut dapat mencapai bahkan melebihi harapan pelanggan, maka layanan tersebut dapat dianggap sebagai kualitas yang ideal/baik. Sebaliknya, jika layanan atau layanan yang diterima oleh pelanggan kurang dari apa yang mereka harapkan, maka layanan atau layanan tersebut dapat dianggap sebagai kualitas yang buruk. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengatahui, menilai, dan menganalisis kualitas pelayanan fisioterapi praktik mandiri di Malang Raya. Metode penelitian ini bersifat observasional yang dilakukan secara langsung oleh peneliti pada 8 praktik mandiri fisioterapis di Malang Raya.
