ANALISA KOMPONEN FISIK PADA ANAK DENGAN CEREBRAL PALSY SPASTIK

Latar Belakang: Cerebral Palsy (CP) merupakan sekelompok gangguan perkembangan gerak dan postur yang bersifat permanen, menyebabkan keterbatasan aktivitas yang dikaitkan dengan gangguan non-progresif yang terjadi di otak janin atau bayi yang berkembang. Peningkatan tonus otot pada pasien dengan CP dapat mempengaruhi postur dan pola jalan yang dapat membatasi aktivitas dan mobilitas anak. Spastisitas, abnormalitas postur, serta gangguan jalan menyebabkan deformitas pada tungkai bawah. Kelaianan otot dan skeletal tersebut berdampak pada kemampuan mobilitas dan fungsional anak dengan Cerebral palsy. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisa perbedaan komponen kemampuan motoric berupa selektif motor control; kemampuan gross motor ; dan control postur pada anak dengan CP Spastik dengan 3 kelompok (Hemiplegi, Diplegi, dan Quadriplegi). Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional study pada anak dengan cerebral palsy spastik diplegi usia 3 sampai 13 tahun, Penilaian selektive motor control dilakukan dnegan alat ukur SCALE, penilaian kontrol tubung dengan TCMS, dan penilaian motorik kasar dengan GMFCS. Hasil : Hasil diapatkan ada pebedaan signifikan pada untuk pengukuran kontrol postural, dan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada penilaian selektive motor kontrol dan motorik kasar
