Pengaruh Pelatihan Gerakan Sholat Terhadap Fleksibilitas Wanita Pra-lansia

Wanita pra-lansia dengan menopause akan mengalami psikologi fisiologis akibat pengaruh hormonal dengan gejala kilnis nyeri otot dan sendi. Kemunduran fisiologis dengan nyeri otot dan sendi pada wanita akan menyebabkan gangguan aktivitas keseharian termasuk aktivitas ibadah. Gerakan sholat yang benar akan memberikan manfaat perbaikan tubuh. Wanita dengan menopause akan mengalami hambatan gerakan pada aktivitas gerakan sholat yang baik (tumanina). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi pra-eksperimental dengan perlakuan 2 kali pelatihan gerakan sholat dalam 1 minggu waktu observasi pada 30 wanita kategori menopause anggota kelompok pemberdayaan kesejahteraan keluarga (PKK) Dukuh Tegalpare, Desa Kingkang, Kecamatan Wonosari, Klaten. Uji statistik berpasangan sampel t-test digunakan untuk mengetahui signifikansi hasil pengukuran fleksibiltas hamstring dan lumbal dengan instrumen sit andreach test . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan gerakan sholat adalah signifikan dengan P = 0.00 (P < 0,05) dan mean of Difference (MD) = 0.5700 inchi. Pelatihan gerakan sholat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada kedinginan wanita pra-lansia. Efikasi peserta pelatihan pada penerapan gerakan sholat yang baik memberikan manfaat pada peningkatan kebugaran otot hamstring dan lumbal dengan manfaat langsung pada perbaikan gerakan sholat.
