Program Fisioterapi Dalam Peningkatan Keseimbangan Dinamis Satu Kaki Pasien Paska Operasi ACL dan LCL Reconstruction Sinistra: Case Report

Latar Belakang: Cedera pada Lateral Collateral Ligament (LCL) sering diasosiasikan dengan terjadinya cedera beriringan dengan Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL). Rekonstruksi ligamen merupakan prosedur bedah yang ditujukan untuk memulihkan stabilitas dengan cara menyambungkan kembali ligamen yang rusak dengan sebagian tendon dari tubuh pasien seperti tendon patellar. Tujuan: Case report ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas intervensi fisioterapi berupa latihan penguatan dan kontrol neuromuscular untuk meningkatkan keseimbangan dinamis salah satu tungkai dalam kondisi rehabilitasi paska ACL dan LCL Reconstruction Sinistra di RSO Prof. Dr. Soeharso Surakarta. Metode: Program ini dilakukan langsung kepada responden dengan kondisi pasca operasi ACL dan LCL Reconstruction fase 2 dengan pemberian terapi sebanyak 3 sesi. Pengukuran keseimbangan dinamis satu kaki responden dilakukan dengan Y-Balance test. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan terapi sebanyak tiga kali didapatkan hasil peningkatan keseimbangan dinamis satu kaki yang diukur menggunakan Y-balance test dari T0: anterior: 60 cm, posteromedial: 67 cm, posterolateral: 64 cm Menjadi T3: anterior: 63 cm, posteromedial: 70 cm, Posterolateral: 67 cm. Kesimpulan: Pemberian intervensi Fisioterapi berupa kontrol neuromuskular dan latihan penguatan pada kasus paska operasi ACL dan LCL Reconstruction Sinistra terbukti dapat mengurangi keluhan nyeri dan penurunan kekuatan otot yang berdampak pada keseimbangan dinamis satu kaki.
