Hubungan Komunikasi Terapeutik Fisioterapis Dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien di Instalasi Rehabilitasi Medik RSUD Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalan Bun

Komunikasi terapeutik fisioterapis merupakan bagian dari intervensi fisioterapi yang berpusat kepada pasien sehingga terjadi perubahan positif dalam diri pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi terapeutik fisioterapis dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di instalasi rehabilitasi medik RSUD Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalan Bun. Berdasarkan polling kualitas pelayanan di RSUD Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalan Bun tahun 2022 di mana 74,4 % responden menyatakan perlu perbaikan termasuk didalamnya adalah masalah komunikasi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan berbasis survei. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel 70 responden sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang terdiri dari data demografi, kuesioner komunikasi terapeutik fisioterapis dan kuesioner tingkat kepuasan pasien, data dianalisis dengan SPSS 25 melalui uji korelasi spearman rho. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0, 05) artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi terapeutik fisioterapis dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien, nilai correlation coefficient (r) = 0,861 artinya tingkat korelasi pada penelitian ini adalah sangat kuat. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pentingnya komunikasi terapeutik fisioterapis untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien di RSUD Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalan Bun sesuai dengan visi, misi dan tujuan rumah sakit.
