Model solution focused brief group therapy untuk perilaku agresif remaja
Abstract
Belakangan ini perilaku agresif yang dilakukan remaja cukup meningkat dan menimbulkan keresahan bagi banyak kalangan, dan diperlukan suatu penanganan yang efektif untuk mengatasinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan Solution Focused Brief Group Therapy (SFBGT) yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan perilaku agresif remaja. SFBGT merupakan intervensi psikologi yang menekankan kepada group dynamic dan berfokus kepada solusi dalam penanganannya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah action research melibatkan enam orang partisipan dan siklus yang kedua juga melibatkan enam orang partisipan. Jumlah total partisipan yang dilibatkan sebanyak 12 orang dengan dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan. SFBGT dikembangkan melalui diskusi dengan partisipan serta reduksi data kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara, sehingga model yang dikembangkan dapat diterapkan. Model SFBGT yang dikembangkan meliputi: pengertian, pendekatan, sasaran, tujuan, waktu, jumlah kelompok, konselor dan pendamping konselor, posisi klien dan konselor, tahapan, pola kegiatan setiap pertemuan, rincian pola kegiatan, dan rancangan kegiatan. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa SFBGT dapat mengurangi agresifitas remaja.Kata kunci: Solution focused brief group therapy, perilaku agresif, remaja
