Regulasi emosi, kecenderungan neurotik dan dukungan sosial terhadap kecemasan pada ibu hamil
Abstract
Banyak ibu hamil mengalami kecemasan. Kecemasan yang patologis dapat mengakibatkan dampak negatif baik bagi ibu maupun janinnya. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan regulasi emosi dan neurotik pada kecemasan ibu hamil yang dimoderasi oleh dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang melibatkan 78 orang (usia 17-35 tahun, M= 26,769 tahun, S.D.=4,532) ibu yang hamil. Sebagian besar subjek memiliki tingkat pendidikan SMA atau SMK dan usia kehamilan pada trimester ketiga. Mereka memperoleh layanan peperiksaan di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Dinoyo. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Emotional Regulation Questionnaire (ESQ), Neuroticism Scale Questionnaire (NSQ), Social Support Behavior Scale (SSB) dan Pregnancy Anxiety Scale (PAS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi emosi dan neurotik yang dimoderasi dukungan sosial berpengaruh secara signifikan, terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil (78 %, p=0,020).
