HUBUNGAN WORKPLACE INCIVILITY DENGAN JOB PERFORMANCE DIMODERASI OLEH SELF EFFICACY

Pendapatan rata-rata dibawah UMR/UMK, lingkungan kerja yang kurang kondusif, tekanan pekerjaan, konflik di tempat kerja termasuk ketidaksopanan di tempat kerja adalah contoh faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas. Perbuatan tidak sopan di tempat kerja cukup menganggu produktivitas dan kinerja pegawai. Jika keadaan dibiarkan terus-menerus justru dikhawatirkan akan mengganggu produktivitas dan kinerja. Namun, dalam situasi tertentu, perilaku tidak sopan di tempat kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Keadaan ini membutuhkan pembuktian lebih lanjut dan mencari faktor apa yang mungkin memoderasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan workplace incivility dengan job performance dengan dimoderasi oleh self-efficacy dari sudut pandang empiris. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan model ex post facto dimana subjek penelitian dianggap pernah menjadi korb an perilaku tidak sopan di tempat kerja. Subjek penelitian adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada pelayanan terutama pelayanan kesehatan yang berjumlah 106 sampel dengan metode accidental sampling. Instrumen pengumpul data pada penelitian ini adalah Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ), Indonesian Workplace Incivility Scale (IWIS) serta General Self Efficacy Scale (GSE). Metode analisis data adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa hubungan antara workplace incivility dengan job performance secara signifikan dimoderasi oleh variabel self-efficacy.
