Laporan Kasus: Terapi Kognitif Perilaku untuk Remaja dengan Gangguan Tingkah Laku

Subjek adalah seorang remaja yang mengalami gangguan tingkah laku, misalnya perilaku tidak disiplin dan berbohong, yang menjadi keluhan utama orang tua dan guru subjek. Gangguan tingkah laku tersebut sudah berkembang semenjak usia anak-anak hingga saat ini menjalani usia remaja. Metode asesmen untuk menegakkan diagnosis gangguan tingkah laku adalah wawancara dan observasi atas perilaku sehari-hari subjek, baik dirumah maupun disekolah. Terapi kognitif-perilaku diterapkan kepada subjek, melibatkan keikutsertaan orang tua dan pengawasan oleh terapis, yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi gejala yang muncul pada remaja tersebut. Diketahui terapi kognitif-perilaku cukup dapat mengurangi gejala gangguan tingkah laku, antara lain: berkata jujur dan meningkatkan kedisiplinan waktu bermain subjek. Akan tetapi, kurangnya kemampuan manajemen diri subjek dan kurangnya peranan orang tua dalam konsistensi menjalankan terapi mengakibatkan hasilnya kurang maksimal.Downloads
