Abstract

Bullying that has been experienced in childhood often has a traumatic impact on individual. The individual becomes a person who has difficulties in many ways, including being a person who has low self-esteem. The intervention aims to increase self-esteem of the perundungan  victims by using the empty chair therapy method. This intervention has been carried out on perundungan  (21 years). The problem that clients has difficulty discovering their potential, and tend to feel inferior and weak compared to friends around them.  The intervention given was empty chair therapy with 6 therapy sessions The results obtained are empty chair therapy is effective for increasing client self-esteem. Evidenced by the increased client self-esteem scale score and the client can solve the bullying problem experienced.

Bullying yang dialami pada masa kanak-kanak seringkali menimbulkan dampak traumatis bagi individu. Individu tersebut menjadi pribadi yang mengalami kesulitan dalam berbagai hal, termasuk menjadi pribadi yang memiliki harga diri yang rendah. Intervensi tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan harga diri korban perundungan dengan menggunakan metode terapi kursi kosong. Intervensi ini telah dilakukan pada perundungan (21 tahun). Permasalahannya yaitu klien sulit menemukan potensi dirinya, serta cenderung merasa rendah diri dan lemah dibandingkan dengan teman-teman disekitarnya. Intervensi yang diberikan adalah terapi kursi kosong dengan 6 sesi terapi. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terapi kursi kosong efektif untuk meningkatkan harga diri klien. Dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya skor skala harga diri klien dan klien dapat mengatasi masalah bullying yang dialami.
