Abstract

Biotechnology can play a role in helping to preserve natural resources and ecosystems.
In addition, biotechnology can also prevent the damage and restore environmental
damage. By using genetically engineered microorganisms through recombinant DNA
techniques, living organisms or their parts will be able to decompose the toxic
compounds in water, air, soil, solid waste and industrial waste. Modern biotechnology
provides better results and low in pollution and toxic cleaning deposit.
