ANALISIS KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU MATEMATIKA SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA DI KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstrack
The purpose of this study is to analyze the pedagogical competence of teachers of
mathematics at secondary school (SMP). Subjects in this study is that the task of
mathematics teachers in junior secondary school and junior secondary school, both
public and private in the district, amounting to 93 people. There are ten aspects of
pedagogic competence who want to be assessed in this study include: 1) the ability to
understand the characteristics of learners from physical, moral, spiritual, social,
cultural, emotional, and intellectual; 2) the ability to master the learning theories
and principles learning that educates; 3) develop curriculum-related subjects Amnestied;
4) conduct an educational learning; 5) utilize information and communication
technology for the sake of learning; 6) utilizing information and communication
technology for the sake of learning; 7) to communicate effectively , empathetic, and
polite with learners; 8) conducting the assessment and evaluation processes and
learning outcomes; 9) utilizing the results of the assessment and evaluation for the
sake of learning; and 10) take action to improve the quality of reflective learning.
The results showed, that the aspect that was ranked highest with respect to the
implementation of learning that educates, while the aspect that is less controlled by
the teacher in implementing the learning activities are aspects relating to the use of
information technology for the benefit of learning activities.
