Abstract

Accelerating to achieve the vision, implemention of mission, the concept of leader or leadership, it is urgent for paying special attention to determine the quality of competition power. It does not overact if we suggest that the construction of leaderships communication has a strategic role. There are two postulates of strategic role. First is the dimention of consideration . By this concept, a leader emphasizes to motivate in order the subordinates or members of group accomplish the task in
achieving objectives. Further the leader maintains internal and external harmony and members satisfaction. Second is the dimension of initiating and directing . This concept primarily concerns with specifying ways and means for accomplishing the goals of the group and coordinating activities of several members by making policy, planning and executing.
