Penelitian ini sangat penting untuk diteliti, hal ini dikarenakan masih jarang yang mengangakat topik penelitian tersebut. Selain itu yang membedakan penelitian ini dengan penelitian lain ialah terletak pada metode yang digunakan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis konten dengan menggunakan softwere Nvivo 12 Plus dengan tujuan mengekspolasi masalah sentral dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dengan mengajukan pertanyaan bersifat umum yang meluas dan kajian pustaka yang berkaitan dengan topic yang akan diteliti. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah yang diangkat pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa ada dua strategi kampanye yang dilakukan oleh pasangan Joko Widodo-Ma’ruf Amin pada Pemilu 2019, yaitu strategi <em>ofensif-defensiven </em>dan strategi promosi. Strategi <em>ofensif-defensive</em> dibangun dengan cara membangun citra positif Joko Wirdodo-Ma’ruf Amin (brand politics) melalui tim sukses dan media. Syaprin Zahidi syaprin123@umm.ac.id <p>This research aims to evaluate the results of the implementation of sister city cooperation in the field of smart city development between the two cities. This research is worth researching because this research looks at the implementation of Sister City which focuses on Smart City. This research uses the theoretical framework of the Smart City concept which consists of smart mobility, smart people, smart governance, and smart economy as indicators for seeing the progress of the two cities of Surabaya and Liverpool. This research details the collaboration that has been running from 2018 to 2023 and uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach by collecting data through interviews and literature reviews from various sources including scientific journals, articles, online news, and other documents. Surabaya and Liverpool have established a sister city relationship since the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on March 19, 2018. The research results show that the implementation of smart city collaboration between the cities of Surabaya and Liverpool was successful through a human resource development approach that includes smart people indicators within the framework of the smart city soft infrastructure concept.</p> 2024-05-27T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Putri Amalina Handayani, M. The policy implemented by the Malang Regency Government to overcome problems in waste management in its region is to collaborate with international institutions, namely the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) in the Integrated Resource Recovery Center (IRRC) project. Regional cooperation is essential to improve community welfare and also improve the quality of public services. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of literature reviews and interviews with relevant sources and also uses the concept of environmental paradiplomacy. The collaboration process went through 15 stages from 2014-2018 until the IRRC project was successfully implemented. The result of the collaboration is the creation of a clean environment, and the use of waste into useful energy, namely compost, biogas, and also electricity, which will be used for the community. We make observation and documentation on the content of @livingintelkom during a predetermined period to obtain data. This type of research is qualitative and uses descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that Telkom Indonesia managing @livingintelkom content can build a positive public image with effective and intelligent strategy. The content presented through personal narratives, hashtag promotions, and information about company achievements and employee empowerment has successfully created a positive and inclusive image of the work environment. This content supports all employee activities and portrays the workplace as a welcoming and supportive environment. The strategy of Telkom to communicate information on the @livingintelkom account in the context of communication psychology is more dominant, specifically the "Reinforcement of Responses" in the information content "Fresh Graduate Syndrome" to focus on acknowledging the emotions of young targets.
