Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan blog menulis berita sebagai wadah pembinaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler jurnalistik, dan mendeskripsikan keefektifan media tersebut sebagai wujud pembinaan ekstrakurikuler jurnalistik. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan model Research and Development (R&D). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket. Blog terdiri dari lima menu materi utama yang dikemas menggunakan tampilan Word Press. Hasil uji validasi 75% dan uji lapangan 94%, sehingga produk layak untuk diimplementasikan.

Kata kunci: ekstrakurikuler jurnalistik, majalah sekolah.


Abstract: This study aimed to produce writing news Blog as a training medium of journalistic extracurricular activities and to describe the effectiveness of the medium as a form of extracurricular journalism training. The design of the study was Research and Development (R & D). The data were collected using a questionnaire. The Blog menu consisted of five main rubrics set up using WordPress display. Result of the validation test was 75 % and the field test was 94 %; thus, the product deserves to be implemented.
