PENGADAAN INFRASTRUKTUR DENGAN SKEMA KPS

Abstrak

Bagaimana mewujudkan keberadaan Infrastruktur yang memadai baik secara
kualitas maupun secara kuantitas guna mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi, tentunya
adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mampu menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan dan
meningkatkan kualitas hidup, yang berarti adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mempunyai
korelasi positif diantara kinerja ekonomi dengan pertumbuhan tekhnologi.
Keterbatasan Infrastruktur akan berakibat terjadinya pemborosan-pemborosan yang
artinya adalah ekonomi dengan biaya tinggi sebagai ilustrasi bisa dihitung dalam keadaan
bangsa Indonesia menghadapi permasalahan dibidang energy berapa besar pemborosan
minyak yang terjadi akibat kemacetan, yang berarti meningkatkan biaya produksi, atau
berapa besar biaya pengiriman barang lewat darat ketika jalur pantura mengalami
kerusakan, sebagai konsekwensi resiko yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan pengiriman
barang.
Investor mempunyai fungsi untuk menyediakan pendanaan dalam pembangunan
infrastruktur dengan bekerjasama pemerintah sebagai patner dalam pembangunan
infrastruktur yang jika dibutuhkan penjaminan maka badan usaha penjaminan
infrastruktur yang punya tugas melaksanakan penjaminan, dan untuk terciptanya suatu
kerjasama yang baik antara pemerintah dengan swasta maka dibutuhkan suatu
perencanaan yang berkualitas, handal dan berkesinambungan.

Abstract

How to realize the existence of adequate infrastructure both in quality and quantity
to support economic growth, of course, is economic growth that can reduce poverty and
improve the quality of life, which means it is economic growth that have a positive
correlation between economic performance with growth of technology.
Infrastructure limitations would result in a waste-waste that means the economy as
illustrated by the high cost can be counted in a state of Indonesia faces problems in the
field of energy how much waste oil caused by congestion, which means increasing
production costs, or how much the cost of shipping goods by road when the coast line were
damaged, as a consequence of the risks faced by the shipping company.
Investor has the function to provide funding for infrastructure development in
collaboration with the government as a partner in the development of infrastructure as
needed assurance the assurance infrastructure entities have a duty to guarantee and to the
creation of a good cooperation between the government and the private sector need a
qualified plan, reliable and sustainable
