  Started from early 2021, authors pay a one-time Article Processing Charge to cover the cost of peer review process, production of articles and other publishing costs. Journal of Energy, Mechanical, Material, and Manufacturing Engineering (JEMMME) also increase the number of published articles to 10 articles per number of publishing. See here, for detail.
