Pandemi COVID 19 telah membuat perubahan yang cepat dalam dunia pendidikan terutama dalam kegiatan belajar siswa. Kegiatan belajar tatap muka di sekolah diganti dengan belajar daring dari rumah. Adanya perubahan ini membutuhkan kemampuan adaptasi dan ketangguhan karena belajar daring masih memiliki kendala seperti siswa menjadi tidak bersemangat, merasa malas, bosan dan menunjukkan menurunnya motivasi belajar. Sikap ini akan menghambat siswa dalam mencapai tujuan belajar dan mengalami stress akademik. Siswa yang memiliki growth mindset akan lebih dapat berusaha lebih, melihat tantangan dan kegagalan dari sisi positif serta mencari strategi baru untuk menghadapi masalah. Edukasi mengenai mindset dibutuhkan untuk prevensi dan membangun pribadi siswa yang tangguh selama belajar jarak jauh di masa pandemi COVID-19.
